Mr Glennie appears on the 1871 Census living in this property with his family, quite what happened to them is unclear however they do not appear on the next census, that of 1881. By 1881 Mr Glennie is the only remaining member of his family still remaining at 7 St Ann’s Road, he is seen living with in a household of men, not related to one another. Mr Glennie does not appear on the next census, that of 1891.
