Number 84 is the property with the Tony’s Fruit & Veg sign above it on the right of the modern photo above. It seems that from Kelly’s Directory 1920 onwards certainly up to where my records end in 1928 this premises was a fruiterer, it’s nice when the trade back then mirrors that of the modern day purpose of the premises.
