Kelly’s Directory 1881 tells us that at 15 Russell Street was Mr John Law, a general grocer.

Curiously I cannot find Mr Law and his family on the Census of 1881, perhaps they moved in the time between Kelly’s Directory and the Census of 1881 being undertaken. I did find them on the Census of 1871 however, see below:
